We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number)

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
